On August 3, 2017, following a settlement reached through mediation before the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Tribunal in the reprisal complaint matter between Mr. Charbel El-Helou and Courts Administration Service and others, Public Sector Integrity Commissioner Joe Friday has withdrawn the application that was filed with the Tribunal on May 16, 2011. As agreed by the parties, details of the settlement cannot be made public.
