Mario Dion, Public Sector Integrity Commissioner, to hold a news briefing following the tabling of his Annual Report and sixth Case Report on wrongdoing

Ottawa, June 5, 2013 – The Public Sector Integrity Commissioner, Mario Dion, will table his third Annual Report and a Case Report with the Speakers of the House of Commons and the Senate of Canada on Thursday, June 6, 2013. The Case Report deals with findings following an investigation of wrongdoing at a federal parent Crown corporation and will be considered public once it is tabled at the start of the sitting day of the House of Commons at 10 a.m.

The Commissioner will be available through a telephone news briefing at 10:30 a.m. or subsequent individual interviews. Those interested in participating in the telephone news briefing must register by contacting Edith Lachapelle at: Lachapelle.Edith@psic-ispc.gc.ca or 613-946-2138 no later than 9 a.m. on Thursday, June 6, 2013.

Both reports will also be posted on the Office’s website immediately following tabling at:
www.psic-ispc.gc.ca.
